9.10.13.2. — Solid Core Wood Door as a Closure

(1) A 45 mm thick solid core wood door is permitted to be used where a minimum fire-protection rating of 20 min is permitted or between a public corridor and a suite provided the door conforms to CAN/ULC-S113, “Wood Core Doors Meeting the Performance Required by CAN/ULC-S104 for Twenty Minute Fire Rated Closure Assemblies”.

(2) Doors described in Sentence (1) shall have not more than a 6 mm clearance beneath and not more than 3 mm at the sides and top.

Strike override gazette quoted '“CAN4-S113, “Wood Core Doors Meeting the Performance Required by CAN4-S104-77 for Twenty Minute Fire-Rated Closure Assemblies”' but source contained 'CAN4-S113, “Wood Core Doors Meeting the Performance Required by CAN4-S104-77 for Twenty Minute Fire-Rated Closure Assemblies”' — Gazette wrapped its strike phrase in quotation marks ('striking out ""CAN4-S113, ...""') and the parser folded one opening curly quote too many into the strike, prepending a spurious leading quote that the source provision does not carry ('conforms to CAN4-S113, ...', no leading quote). Pinning the strike to the source bytes lets the standards-reference update (CAN4-S113/CAN4-S104-77 -> CAN/ULC-S113/CAN/ULC-S104, Fire-Rated -> Fire Rated) land.
