9.8.2.2. — Height over Stairs
(1) The clear height over stairs measured vertically from a line drawn through the leading edges of the treads, shall be not less than,
(a) 1 950 mm for stairs within dwelling units, and
(b) 2 050 mm for stairs not within dwelling units.
