4.1.5.1. — Transition Rule
(1) Subject to Sentence (2), the amendments to Section 3.1. and Article 3.3.4.7.v1 of Division B, made by Ontario Regulation 159/12, do not apply with respect to construction for which a permit has been issued before July 1, 2012.
(2) Sentence (1) does not apply unless the construction is commenced within six months after the permit is issued.
(3) Despite Subsections 4.1.1. to 4.1.4., the requirements with respect to glass in guards set out in Articles 3.1.20.1. and 3.3.4.7.v1 of Division B, as they read after June 30, 2012, apply with respect to construction for which a permit is issued after that date.
