240. (1) Subject to subsections (2), (3), (4), (5), (6) and (7), this Regulation comes into force on the later of January 1, 2010 and the day this Regulation is filed.

9.22.10.1. — Appliance Standard
(1) Fireplace inserts and hearth mounted stoves vented through the throat of a fireplace shall conform to ULC-S628, “Fireplace Inserts”.
