7.6.2.1. — Connection of Systems

(1) Connections to potable water systems shall be designed and installed so that non-potable water or substances that may render the water non-potable cannot enter the system.

(2) No connection shall be made between a potable water system supplied with water from a drinking-water system and any other potable water system without the consent of the water purveyor.

Editor's note

This map follows the as-filed text of O. Reg. 350/06 for Article 7.6.2.1. of Division B, which uses the hyphenated defined term 'drinking-water system'. As of its July 1, 2007 re-render the e-Laws consolidation de-hyphenates the term to 'drinking water system', with no amending regulation making the change — no regulation in force on that date amends this Article. This map preserves the as-filed hyphenation.
