240. (1) Subject to subsections (2), (3), (4), (5), (6) and (7), this Regulation comes into force on the later of January 1, 2010 and the day this Regulation is filed.

Earlier · 2006-12-31(1) Screwed cast iron water fittings shall conform to ANSI/ASME B16.4, “Gray Iron Threaded Fittings”.
(2) Screwed cast iron water fittings used in a water system shall be cement-mortar lined or galvanized.
(3) Screwed cast iron water fittings shall not be used in a drainage system.
