240. (1) Subject to subsections (2), (3), (4), (5), (6) and (7), this Regulation comes into force on the later of January 1, 2010 and the day this Regulation is filed.

Earlier · 2006-12-31(1) Cast iron water pipes shall conform to ANSI/AWWA C151/A21.51, “Ductile-Iron Pipe, Centrifugally Cast for Water”.
(2) Cement mortar lining for cast iron water pipes shall conform to ANSI/AWWA C104/A21.4, “Cement-Mortar Lining for Ductile-Iron Pipe and Fittings for Water”.
(3) Iron fittings for cast iron or ductile-iron water pipes shall conform to ANSI/AWWA C110/A21.10, “Ductile-Iron and Gray-Iron Fittings, 3-in. Through 48-in., (75 mm Through 1200 mm) for Water and Other Liquids”.
(4) Rubber gasket joints for cast iron and ductileiron pressure pipe for water piping shall conform to ANSI/AWWA C111/A21.11, “Rubber-Gasket Joints for Ductile-Iron Pressure Pipe and Fittings”.
