Editor's note
This map follows the as-filed text of O. Reg. 350/06 for Article 3.2.4.12. of Division B, which lists the conditions in Sentence (1) without a comma before 'or (d)' and ends the sentence without a closing period. As of its September 24, 2009 re-render the e-Laws consolidation editorially inserts a comma before 'or (d)' and adds a closing period, with no amending regulation making the change — O. Reg. 365/09 (effective September 24, 2009) does not amend this Article. This map preserves the as-filed punctuation.
